Try it step by step
- Choose a real, manageable area you are improving.
- Explain one concrete action you have taken.
- Describe progress without claiming the issue has disappeared.
Example to adapt
- I used to include too much detail in updates. I now begin with a short summary and ask whether more detail would help.
