Quick Situations — 1 min English speaking game

About Quick Situations

Quick Situations is an English speaking game about reacting fast. Each round drops a small, sudden problem on you - out loud, right away, you say what you'd do and what you'd say. Hard raises the stakes with socially complex situations.

How to play

  1. Choose Easy, Medium or Hard, then choose Start speaking or Type instead - the timer starts when your microphone is ready or typing begins.
  2. Read the situation - it's short on purpose.
  3. Say what you would do and say, out loud, without over-planning it.
  4. No microphone? Use Type instead and write your reaction.

How your speaking is checked

Your snapshot counts responses and words or list entries. Review your answers against the prompt yourself; these counts do not assess pronunciation, fluency, or English level. Speakflew does not send game transcripts or recordings to its server. Your browser's speech service may process microphone audio remotely.

Who it's for

Easy suits A2 learners on obvious, low-stakes reactions. Hard (C1) raises the stakes with socially complex situations needing real judgment.
